もやしもんDS。
届いた日に、一通りクリアしました。

内容は、原作のストーリーに沿っていますが、原作より直保が頑張ってます。
が、原作を知らないとストーリーが分かりづらいカンジです。

他のゲームで見られるストーリーの合間のイベントムービーやイラスト等全く無くて、物足りませんでした。

オリゼー達の声も豪華声優では無く残念です。

同梱のカルタはかわいかったです。
DSの方がオマケだと思って買った方が良いと思います。

一言で表すと「ひどい」ですね。

ストーリーは原作を読んでいない方には、まったく理解できないと思います。
いっそオリジナルにする、とか考えられなかったのでしょうか？
忠保一応入学から女王様がParisに拉致され、忠保たちが彼女を追いかける直前まではあります。
ただ、物語の書き方、見せ方がひどずぎてお話しにならない。
次、何が起きるの？
というわくわく感はzero。
原作付きである、
という面で割り引いても、かなり酷いです。
ゲームの都合で、ストーリー中に出てくる醗酵物を、全て忠保が醸すことになっている点は問題ないです。これは許容範囲です。酷いといっているのは、その他の部分。ユーザーにいかにスムーズにゲーム要素を楽しませるか、という見せ方が最低ランク。
大昔、アタリショックというのがあったそうですが、DSはゲームソフトが乱造されて、それに近い状態なんでしょうか？
それともDSはお子様むけの筈だから、こんなもんでしょ？になったのか？？
その割にはひたすら酒を醸していたような気がします。

一応　Player（＝忠保）が、何か困ったことが発生すると、「醸し」で解決する、という展開です。
普通のバトルに当たる部分が「醸し」になっており、温度と湿度を菌が繁殖しやすい環境にして、いかに効率よく醸すか、でAからEに判定され、上手く醸せると菌のHP？？が上がります。
この醸しゲーム自体は、結構面白かったです。
A.オリゼーを、もっとも生育しやすい環境に設定することで、トリコイデスやクリゾゲノムを退治する、とか、ほんとに数度の違いで活動域が違う菌の培養ごっこをしているようで、面白いことは面白かったです。ただ、学術的に正しい範囲でやるとか、もうちょっと工夫してあるとまだ評価したのですが。
製品に対する真剣さを感じないです

はっきり言ってゲームとしては最低評価です。内容的にちょっとムリヤリなとことかあるし、何より菌たちがかわいくない。声がダメダメです。
またタッチペンを使ってミッションを進めるのですが面倒くさかった。タッチペン嫌いには辛かったです。
プレイ時間もたいしてかからずクリアできます。が、セカンドプレイをしたくなったり、やりこみしたくなったりはなりませんでした。
とまあゲームとしてはダメダメなんですが、かるたは可愛い!
これがなかったら絶対に買いませんでしたね。
