今回のこのアルバムは、初のブルースペックCD（ブルーレイの技術を転用）ということで、
以前の作品と比べても、音自体は格段に良くなっています。
特にクリアー感が違います（携帯プレイヤーに落としても、ほとんど失われません）。

ですが、曲自体は、ちょっと…。ワクワク感がちと足りない。
付属のDVDで、「第２のTRUTH」うんぬんと言った話が出ますが、そこに到達するには
まだまだ道の途中かなと言ったところです。
（個人的には、『第２のオーメン、宝島』のレベルで十分。
　TRUTHは、時代の風にうまく乗った曲というイメージがあります。）

それと、カバーのシールに貼ってあった、
　『勇気が出ます！愛があります！元気になります！
　　愛と勇気のポップ・インストゥルメンタルバンド！』
って、このコピーは一体……（汗）。

自分は良いアルバムと思うんですよ。
１曲目から何か始まりそうな期待なメロディから
２曲目でノリが良い心地よいメロディと〜
車でも聞いていますが、何のストレスもありません。
本当に新たな音楽世界です。
聴き込んでいくと
味がでる、それが
昨今のスクエアのアルバムです。

どうしてもスクエアという名ですと
過去と比べてしまう部分はありますけど
当然、過去とは違うわけで、
メンバーも変われば
その人達のカラーが出て来るわけで
良い意味で変化していると思うんですよ。
いろいろな意見があると思いますが
色々なロケーションでこの
ＣＤを聴いてみて下さいね。

このＣＤが、もし映画かドラマのサウンドトラックならとてもいい出来だと思います。
壮大なスケール感の１曲目から始まり、感動のエンディングの後のエンドロールに合いそうな７曲目など、本当に映像と一緒に聞くのであれば最高な感じです。
また、何かの作業のＢＧＭのして聞くのも悪くないと思います。
しかしながら、ＳＱＵＡＲＥの音楽ＣＤとして聞くには、ちょっとパンチが足りないように思います。
また、特に坂東さんと河野さんには、無難な演奏ではなくもっと自己主張のあるプレーを期待します。
