このアルバムは、カオリちゃんが自分の余命をわかってて、挑んだ彼女にしてみれば全身全霊を注いだアルバム・・・。
スピーカーからだと、普通に歌ってるようにも聴こえるんだけど・・・
イヤホンで聴くとよくわかる。
彼女の息遣いがかなり辛そうなのがわかってしまうくらい頑張ってる！！

ＤＶＤもすごくよかったです。「限定」なのでお早めに・・・！！

歌詞にちりばめられた、メッセージにドキドキしてしまう。
今回のジャケットの写真も歌詞カードの写真も全部モノクロなのも
何かの暗示のようで寂しいけれど・・・

Miss Youって曲が胸を打ちました。
「本当はねわかっていたんだけどね　僕がこのままじゃ壊れていくだけだって」
「息もできないくらいに君に会いたくて　今　君に会えたなら多分うれしくて」
なんて歌っていて、何度聴いても涙があふれます。。。

とりわけ、最後に収録されている「Life」の最後の歌詞は・・・
「あぁ　靴の底はもうぼろぼろ　もっとずっと早く気づけたなら
違う未来になったのかもね　そんな事を考えながら眠った
This is my life....」

でアルバムが終わるところが、本当につらいです・・・


でも、がんばった！カオリちゃん。あなたのメッセージをちゃんと受け止めました。
こんなに頑張った人はいないよ。
ありがとう！！ありがとう！！
あなたを好きになってよかった。

ご冥福をお祈りいたします・・・

5月5日SOLD OUTのライブで一足お先に聞かせてもらいました!いろんなアーティストが参加。選曲もPOP感あり、しっとり感あり。それをみごとに彼女なりに歌っている。やっぱり、カオリの歌はメッセージであり。心の奥深く伝わってくる。ずっと歌い続けて欲しいし。みんなも聞いて欲しい。

20年ぶりに収録されたZOOが印象的だった。同じ歌詞を同じ人が歌ってもこんなにも違う曲に聞こえてしまうものなのかと不思議な感覚にとらわれた。DVDで20年前の川村かおりを見ていたら、ふと、自分の20年前がよみがえった。あれから20年、大人になるのが嫌で嫌で、人と同じ行動をとるのが大嫌いだった落ちコボれの不良少年も、すっかり型にはまった社会人になってしまった。このままではいかん！いつまでも個性的に何気なくグレていたい。川村カオリのように。そんな気持ちにさせてくれるアルバムです。
