ゲームセンターCXのTV番組をモチーフに、昔懐かしいファミコン〜スーパーファミコン時代を再現したゲームを複数用意し、それぞれに設けられた課題をクリアしていく作品です。

前作より更に作品が増え、アクション、RPG、パズル、アドベンチャーと幅広いジャンルで登場する他、前作の作品もいくつか引き続き登場する為、プレーできるゲームは相当のボリュームに達します。

作品内のゲームは実在した作品をモデルにしており、むしろ良作の良いとこ取りで作られた集大成とも呼べる作りにもなっている。毎回思う事ですが、ミニゲームが6〜7つある、というような出来でなく、大真面目に一本づつ作られたゲームが、何作品も入っているに等しく、中途半端な作りでない所が凄い。
またゲーム内の時代にあわせて続編、新ハードが登場する仕組みにもなっており、ゲーム史を追って体験できる作りにもされています。

・ウィズマン=パックマン
シンプルながら伝説的なゲームのアレンジを追体験出来る良作

・無敵拳カンフー=スパルタンX、イーアールカンフー
ゲーム内の2Pと擬似対戦が出来る

・デーモンリターンズ=スーパーマリオブラザーズを基調に複数作でアレンジ
難易度的にも甘くない作り込みでアクション性が高い。

・課長は名探偵=ファミコン探偵倶楽部、さんまの名探偵
TV番組の名言や特徴を捉えたファンにはたまらない演出が豊富な良作。

・トリオトス=テトリス、テトリスフラッシュ
シンプルながら奥が深く一発逆転が狙える作りが対戦向き。ゲームボーイの白黒を再現。

・ガディアクエストサーガ=ドラゴンクエスト、ポケットモンスター
RPG色はドラクエに近いが、ガディアの育成、交換、使える技の選別、進化(クラスチェンジ)など、ポケモンのシステムが色濃く入っている。ある意味大変贅沢な組み合わせ。
