山崎ハコが「飛びます」で鮮烈なデビューをして数年、
まだ新宿の厚生年金会館を満員にできるほどの人気があった頃に出されたのが、
この「茜」だ。
メロディや詩には、それまでのハコのアルバムと大きな違いはない。
しかし、当時流行し始めていたシンセサイザーを使い、
新しい世界を模索したところが、このアルバムの特長。

このアルバムは決して失敗作ではなかった。
しかし、「ネクラ」という言葉が流行語になり、
その代表として山崎ハコが取り上げられたりして、
ハコは少しずつ時代から取り残されて行くようになる。

ＬＰレコードのＡ面トップの「夕陽のふるさと」、
Ｂ面トップの「何度目かのグッバイ」。
私はこの２曲は、いわばハコ円熟期の名曲だと思っている。

ただ山崎ハコはすでにこの頃、自分が時代から取り残され始めていることを
感じていたのではないだろうか。
Ｂ面４曲目の「さらば良き時代」を聴くたびにそう思う。

いずれにせよ、初のＣＤ化である。デビュー当時からのファンとしては嬉しい限り。
また、ずっと後になってハコを聴き始めた人にも、ぜひ聴いて欲しい１枚だ。
次は初期の名盤「流れ酔い唄」、「茜」と同じ頃にリリースされた「歩いて」。
これらのＣＤ化を切望する。
「流れ酔い唄」に収められている曲は、たいていが「ベストアルバム」に入っているが、
やはり１枚のアルバムで聴いてみたい気がする。

これが１９８１年のアルバムとは信じられません
売れたから名曲なのではないということが山崎ハコを聞いているとみにしみて解かる
自分の信じる歌を精一杯歌う飾り気のないそのスタイルに自分も魅せられました
人の心の奥底に必要なもの、流れているものを気づかされる気がする
現代人が縁あってハコの歌に出会ったなら衝撃を受けるでしょうね
もっと早く出会いたかったと・・・
自分もそうだったから

ついに初CD化になりました!このCD化を待っていたファンの方は多いんではないかと思います。山崎ハコというと『呪い』を浮かべ暗いと思う人もいるかもしれませんが、良い曲がたくさんあって奥が深いです。まずハコさんは声がいいですね。この茜も良いですよ!個人的には『さらば良き時代』がすきです。
