2004年に発売されたPS2用S・RPG『ファントム・ブレイブ』のWii移植作。これまでの常識を覆す自由度の高いゲームシステムと温かみのある世界観はそのままに、新シナリオや新キャラクターを多数追加して内容を大幅にパワーアップしている。ゲームは、ストーリーデモのあとに依頼人から依頼を受け、舞台となる"おばけ島"で準備を整えてからワールドマップに進んで戦闘を行うという流れで進行する。マップ上の戦闘では、各キャラクターごとに用意された攻撃または回復スキルを駆使しながら敵を倒し、引き受けた依頼をこなすことになる。戦闘中は敵味方に関係なく攻撃が可能となっており、味方を倒して経験値を稼ぐといった荒技も本作では許される。

先ほどクローネ編をクリアしました。

PS2版では、ゲームシステムはとてもよくできている一方、シナリオがなんだか残念な完成度だったため、本編はおまけでランダムダンジョンを遊ぶゲームなんじゃないかと思っていたのですが、今回のクローネ編はシナリオそのものもよくできていて、本編もちゃんと楽しむことが出来ました。

操作性やユーザーインターフェイスを改善した旧作シナリオも遊べるので、これから買うのであれば、こっちがオススメです。

実は2度もリメイクされている今作。
PS2版ではとても楽しませていただいたので、リメイクの存在を知ってWiiと一緒に購入させていただきました。

Wiiでリメイクされるにあたり、操作性がかなり改善されました。
PS2版では操作し辛かった部分があったのは否めませんが、扱いやすいものになっています。
例としては、味方キャラを巻き込んでいる際の警告表示でしょうか。
フリー移動の宿命とも呼べますが、敵と味方が近い位置にいる場合、範囲技では巻き込んでしまう危険性がありました。
しかし、警告のおかげでかなり扱いやすくなりました。
もう一つ挙げるならば、、戦闘時のステータス画面。まとめることにより非常にすっきりとした表示になりました。
また、画質、音質ともにかなり向上しています。
追加シナリオの存在もあり、良移植と呼べるレベルでしょう。

PS2との変更点！
操作法がかなりやりやすく変わってます。
・攻撃がしやすくなった（間違って味方を巻むなど）
・ステータス画面の改良
・コンファインでのステータス確認画面
・新シナリオ追加！
・仲間にできるキャラ増量！
・音楽良質！音声追加！
などがあるそうです。
Wiiだと操作性的にやりにくいかなって思ってましたけど、
これなら安心して買えますヾ(｡・ω・｡)ﾉﾞ
