先程、京セラドーム大阪でこの曲を生で聴きました。僕の個人的な主観ですが、これほど難しい曲を歌ってるアイドルは今現在いないと思います。歌唱力もとても高いです。曲も、これまでのシングルとは雰囲気の違ったミディアムバラードで、自然に耳に入ってくるメロディラインで聴いていて鳥肌が立ちました。
ジャニーズだから、アイドルだから、聴くのをさけるのではなく、思い切って聴いてみて下さい。二人の世界にはまっていくと思います。

デビュー曲『硝子の少年』と同じようなテーマを、今の
キンキが歌うとこうなるんだ、というのが第一印象です。
前々から二人は、声の質が似ているなぁと思っていたのですが
最近の楽曲ではそれが特に顕著だと思います。普通二人で歌うと
声は「重なり合う」ものですが、キンキの場合「溶け合う」に近い。
聞いていて心地よいです。
キンキってこんなに歌が上手かったんだと再確認。音楽面に関しては
もうアイドルではなくアーティストと表現した方がしっくりきます。
すべての収録曲が、しっとりとしたものばかりなので全体に
ノスタルジックな雰囲気の一枚になっていると思います。

聴いて思ったのは、随分複雑な歌いにくいメロディーだということだ。これを歌いこなすには歌唱力が必然的に要求される。

完璧に曲をモノにできているKinKiの歌唱力には脱帽だ。ジャニーズアイドルとして扱うより、CHEMISTRY級のシンガーと見るべきであろう。

ここ最近のKinKiの楽曲の完成度はArtistと形容するにふさわしい。
