5.0 out of 5 stars 付録の部屋別全相撲人名鑑が魅力, 2008/12/31
　付録の部屋別全相撲人名鑑には出羽海一門、時津風一門、立浪一門、二所ノ関一門、高砂一門という五つの一門系列、計５２部屋別に親方、年寄は勿論のこと、行司、呼び出し、床山の方々の顔写真、本名、生年月日、出身地までが簡単ではあるが網羅的に掲載されている。ちょっとしたファンでも呼び出しや床山の人たちまでにはなかなか関心がいかないが、これを見ておけば画面でちらっと見ただけで気付くかも知れない。ただし、本体とも綴じられており一旦留め金を外さねばならない。
　付録巻末には、通算連続出場、幕内連続出場、通算出場記録、通算勝星数、幕内在位場所数、幕内出場回数、幕内勝星数、三賞受賞回数、金星獲得数、がそれぞれ十傑まで載っている。現役力士では普段は地味な相撲の魁皇関が一際目立つ。通算勝星歴代４位、幕内在位場所数歴代３位、幕内出場回数歴代５位、幕内勝星数歴代３位でいまだ現役である。既に以前から引退も囁かれているが、見る眼のあるモンゴルの人々が声援を惜しまなかったように名力士であったことはこれを見れば一目瞭然である。
　本体の方はオールカラーで、力士全身の近影が載っており充実している。読売やベースボールマガジン社のものとも比べ読みしてみたい。
