みんなの大好きな沖縄の名曲たちをボサノバで歌いました!ブラジル移民100周年、ボサノバ生誕50周年のアニヴァーサルイヤーの最後を飾り、遂に完成。 サンシンの音色を一切使わない、ボーカル:NAGAKOの爽やかな歌声とKENJI・YANOの優しいアコースティックギター演奏によるまったく新しいオキナワンポップスの誕生です!


アーティストについて

OKINAWA MEETS BOSSA NOVA=!? ギター&サウンドプロデュースのKENJI YANOは1961年大阪生まれ。琉球大学在学中より 数々のバンドにギタリストとして参加した後、幻のエスニックロックグループ「六人組」に加入。 1985年にNHKヤングミュージックフェスティバル全国大会にて「六人組」がグランプリを獲得。 「六人組」解散後は東京にてレコーディング、スタジオワークなどの活動を経て、現在は沖縄在住。 CM制作、作曲そして大工哲弘ほかのギタリスト、ウクレレユニット「モリケン」のメンバーとしても活躍中。 ボーカルのNAGAKOは1982年沖縄市出身。看護師の傍ら、数々のCMソングを歌っている。 父親が作詞作曲を手がけ、2007年にミニアルバム『SEA AWASE DA TIDA』を発売。

興味津々・不安半分で購入。
期待に応えてくれたアルバムでした。
とても和みますよ〜。

う〜ん、実にいい
ちょっとハスキーで哀愁のあるNAGAKOの爽やかなボーカルとバックは
アコーステック・ギターとハイハット、カンザとハーモニカ、ピアニカ？だけの
シンプルなもの。
それはボサノバの原点に戻れる珠玉のサウンドとなっています。
まさに沖縄原産の総天然色フレッシュサウンドです。

その中で歌われているのは、これまた沖縄で愛され続けている
沖縄の名曲の数々。そのサウンドからは沖縄のエメラルド・グリーンの海が
目の前に広がります。
南国のオキナワンボサノバを堪能してください。

沖縄の旋律ってボサノバに合うんだ。
