世界同時不況、必読２００冊の二大特集ともになかなかに面白い。

世界同時不況は、なかなかの論客ぞろいで楽しめる。特に、昨今売れっ子の「霞ヶ関埋蔵金男」の高橋洋一氏と、職場の大先輩（？）のミスター円こと榊原英資氏とのバトルは見ものだ。ただ、全体を通してみると竹森俊平氏の論説が理路整然としているような気がする。また渡辺元金融相の「私は経済学の教科書は一冊も読んだことのない人間」発言には驚いたというかあきれた。

また、立花隆と佐藤優の必読２００冊特集も、読書マニアにはいい「参考書」となることだろう。

特集の対談二つにつられて購入。
「世界同時不況」
高橋洋一（埋蔵金男）、榊原英資（ミスター円）、竹森俊平（『資本主義は嫌いですか？』）、渡辺喜美（元行革大臣）、水野和夫（『人はなぜグローバル化経済の本質を見誤るのか』）、田村秀男（産経の人。知らない。しゃべりすぎ）、宮崎哲弥（司会）と豪華な面子。しかし、こんなに集まって処方箋がぜんぜん違うっていうのがおもしろいね。ほんとにどうすればいいんでしょう。個人的には竹森俊平と宮崎哲弥の知性が光った座談会だと思う。ファンですから。しかし、渡部氏はもと大臣だが経済書は読んだことがないそうだ。あきれた。悲しくなった。
「立花隆VS佐藤優 21世紀図書館必読200冊」
立花隆は、「二十一世紀を生きるための教養書を百冊選べということですが、百冊じゃとても足りない。千冊はあげたいところ」だと。いや、普通の人は千冊も読まなくても生きていけるって。まじで。っていうかそんなたくさん読まないと生きていけないんですか、と聞きたい。本読まなくても大臣になれる。『こち亀』しか読まなくても総理大臣になれてしまう。
二人の知性には敬意を払うが、企画的には「怖いもの見たさ」的おもしろさにとどまるものでした。何冊かは読もうと思ったけど。この手の古典特集はもはや資料的価値しかない気がする。宮崎哲弥の新書紹介の方が読書ガイドとしては価値があります。
