簡素なパッケージですが、純正品としての安心感はあります。
ACアダプターと電源ケーブル、USBケーブル(PS3本体の付属品と同じもの)が同梱されています。
ACアダプターにはUSBポートが２個装備されていますので、ワイヤレス・コントローラー(DUALSHOCK3やSIXAXIS)を２個持っている方も重宝すると思います。
値段がちょっと高いのが、玉に瑕。

ＰＳ３のワイヤレス機能を存分に楽しむために重宝してます。
本体のＵＳＢでの充電の場合、ＰＳ３を付けっ放しにしなければならないし、ゲームしながら充電するにも有線コントローラー状態になってしまうので、不便です。
自分の場合、ゲームしてない時にこのアダプターで充電してます。ワイヤレスキーパッドを使ってるのでＵＳＢ２つで足りてますが、ワイヤレスヘッドセットもある場合は少し困るかなとは思います。ＰＳＰの充電にも使えるので、ソニーファンには嬉しいです。
値段は・・・もっと安くならないかなぁ。

これがあれば、いちいちPS3を起動して充電する必要もなく、
充電が終わるまでの2.5時間を放置することもなくなりました。

デュアルショック3の電池が残り少なくなって点滅したら、
すぐさま繋げて、ゲームのプレイを続けることが出来ます。
本体の電源を切っても充電は続きます。（ここがいい）

価格は若干高いですが、ゲームを続けることができて、
ストレスを感じることがなくなりました。

コンパクトで場所もとらず、市販のUSBケーブルでも問題ありません。
