ＣＭで話題のレイトン教授シリーズ。
本作は、第１弾の「不思議な町」のフレンドリー版です。
フレンドリー版とは何ぞやということなのですが、いわゆる通常版のリメイク版です。
内容自体は、通常版と同じものです。

違いは、問題の修正、文章の漢字にふりがながつけられた事。
そして、Ｗｉ-Ｆｉ通信機能(インターネット)を使用して発売から約１年間、毎週配信されていた「ナゾ」が初めから収録されている点です。
ただし、通常版でも過去の「ナゾ」は引き続きダウンロードは可能なようです。

これから購入を考えていらっしゃる方で、Ｗｉ-Ｆｉをお持ちでない方には、このフレンドリー版をお勧めします。

また、作品の特徴ですが、他の謎解きゲームとは異なり、数多くの数学的問題が多く含まれています。
タッチペンを使用し、数字を記入する問題も多く含まれています。
私は、ＤＳライトでプレイしていますが、画面認識は問題ありません。

ＤＳソフトとは思えない綺麗なムービー、ボイスの多さは流石というべきでしょうか。

人気は知っていて、気にもなっていましたが今までプレイした事有りませんでした。

フレンドリー版を購入しましたが、問題が多く難易度も様々。ほのぼのした背景や配色や音楽も好感がもてました。

タッチペンで文字数字記入する問題は、書きかたが違うと認識しにくいようです。たとえば『0』を時計回りに書くと違う数字になります。なので“仕様”です。

私は続編もフレンドリー版を購入します。

通常版が発売した当時に、人に借りて遊びましたが、
久しぶりにやりたくなって、フレンドリー版を自分で購入しました。

一度遊んだことがあるとはいえ、全然覚えていなかったので、
もう一度、楽しめました。
やはり、とてもおもしろいです。

味のあるグラフィック、雰囲気のいい音楽、
大泉洋さんの素敵ボイスなどいい点はたくさんあります。

四角い顔で、目なんて点なのに、
だんだんレイトン教授がかっこよく見えてきました（笑）

ストーリー自体のナゾは、さほど難しいこともなく、
わりとよくある展開かとは思いますが、
主人公VS怪人　みたいな王道さが落ち着く。
ホームズやルパンのアニメを見ているような気分に。

ナゾも、難しすぎず、簡単すぎず、
ちょうどよかったです。
数学は全然駄目なわたしですが解けました。

全体的に丁寧に作られていて、
久しぶりに外出先で「はやく帰ってつづきがしたいな」なんて
思わせてくれた作品でした。

買ってよかったです。
つづいてシリーズ全部遊ぶつもりです。
