BONNIE　PINKによるこのミニ･クリスマスアルバムはかなり良いです。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ここ最近のBONNIE　PINKのシングル曲は「いいんだけどなんか力みすぎ、肩の力はいりすぎ・・」という傾向があって、ファンとしてはもっと自然体のBONNIE PINKが聴きたい、という思いが強かったと思います。
しかし、この新曲のクリスマス･ソング「CHAIN」ではようやく肩の力が抜け、「Tonight,the Night」や「Last Kiss」でみられたようなBONNIE PINK独特の切なさ、切迫感が復活しています。
そしてBONNIE PINKがクリスマス･ソングのスタンダードをカバーしており、毎年クリスマスの時期が来ると取り出して末永く聴けそうな内容だからです。
ちなみに「CHAIN」は先月のLIVEのアンコールで演奏されましたが、長くBONNIE　PINKを支える奥野シンヤ氏も「これはかなりいけるんじゃない！」と絶賛していました。
内容は「CHAIN」が２バージョン、これは推測ですがバンドにストリングスを加えたようなアレンジのものと、BONNIE　PINKによるピアノバージョンであると思われます。
そしてもう１曲がポール･マッカートニー作のクリスマスソングのカバー、残り２曲がスタンダードのクリスマスソングです。うち１曲が渡辺香津美さんとの共演というのも楽しみです。
洋楽はよく聴くけどBONNIE　PINKはあんまり聴かない、という方にもおすすめできます。
今の日本でBONNIE　PINK以上に洋楽をセンス良く歌える人はいない、ということがわかると思います。

追記
CHAINはBONNIE　PINKがスタジオで一人で録音したというThe Birth Cry（産声）のバージョンのほうがよりBONNIE PINKのボーカルが前面にでており、断然良いです。ラジオなどで流れるのは01のストリングスバージョンなので、ぜひThe Birth Cryのほうを聴いてみてください。
心に沁みとうるような良い曲です。
他もhappyな03、BONNIE　PINKが本格的にJAZZを歌う04、ギターが寄り添うような06、ととてもよい出来栄えです。
音楽が好きな方には強くおすすめします。

大人ののクリスマスソングですね。よいです。しみいるようなボニーのやさしい歌声が、心に響きます。全体として完成度の高いミニアルバムです。

A-sideを編曲した方の才能を疑います。明らかにBONNIE PINK自身のアレンジ（CHAIN 〜The Birth Cry〜）の方が、はるかに上で、こちらが実質A-sideです。一度聴いたら誰もが、そう思うでしょう。A-side入れ替えて再販した方が、売れるのではないでしょうか。今年の最高のクリスマス・ソングですから！
