ありなんじゃねぇの。
とりあず「BEST」出しとけ、流しとけ。
そういう風潮と変わらないです。
良い悪い、でなしに、安心、が重要。
何か、光るものを期待するほうが間違い。
The Standard Club 。名が全て。

要約すると、BGMとしては秀逸です。
心動かされるものと構えて聞いてはいけません。

美メロ、切メロ、泣きメロ
というキャッチに反応して試聴してみたのだが

正直、全くといって良いほど心を動かされなかった
全編通して聴いて「ふーーーーん」という感じ

ピアノという楽器の奏でる「音」は間違いなく美しい
だがそれは「彼らのメロディー」がではない

商業的な一連のカバーブーム、JAZZYHIPブーム、エレクトロブームに続き
私の大好きなピアノハウスにもその流れが来てしまったのだろうか。
こんなものを量産されては音楽好きとしては嘆かわしいばかりである。

…こんなものを買ってしまったことを。

仰々しいピアノ、わざとらしいヴァイオリン使い、稚拙なブレイク。全編を通じて軽薄。

しばしばDAISHI DANCEと比較されているが、決定的な違いがある。

それは、誠意があるかどうかだ。良心と言ってもいい。
DAISHIは時にダサい。だが、それは真面目にやっていて、ダサいのだ。
ちょっと音楽が好きな人ならわかるだろう。声から、演奏から、そして楽曲自体の奥から「作り手の心」を感じることがあることを。

僕はこの作品からは浅ましさ、卑しさを感じる。
誰に何と言われようがそう感じるからしょうがないのだ。

ふと気づけばパッケージには「飛ぶように売れるピアノ系ハウス」の文句。

恥ずかしい。
ただ、自分が恥ずかしい。
