5.0 out of 5 stars ファン向けのドラマCDとしては申し分ない仕上り, 2009/2/9
　シャイニング・ウィンドのドラマCD第３弾。ゲーム本編の約１年前、生徒会長選挙を舞台にした西園寺政権（四季会）発足の顛末。本編前ということで制作上の制約が少なかった為か、全体としてよく纏まったストーリーとなっています。主要登場人物を異世界に行く前の６人に絞り、全員が地理的に離れていないので、お茶会無しでも自然とイベントに絡んできてストーリーが掘り下げられています。西園寺の家族の話、呉羽の巫女としての能力、霧谷・椎名・蒼真の日常と力関係（最終的な主人は霧谷のようですが、そのためには日頃の奉仕が必要）等、各人の性格・設定に合わせた聴かせどころがあり、最後に収録されている声優陣のキャストトークも長め（１０分以上）で楽しいです。ファン向けのドラマCDとしては、申し分ない仕上りだと思います。
　それでもアニメと違って絵の無いドラマCDのこと、割高感は否めません（これ１枚でPS2 BEST版のゲーム本編より高い）。せめて３巻と４巻連動購入特典CDぐらいは、どこの店からでも入手可能にしてほしかったところです（早々と諦めました）。

今作の主役はトライハルトです。なぜトライハルトは異世界に行く
方法を探していたのかが明らかにされます。
今回のを聞いて、ソウマのキャライメージがちょっと変わりました。
ゲームやアニメより、おバカというかクレハに対して大胆すぎると言うか…。

なぜソウマやシーナが副会長なのかなど本編では明かされなかった、生徒
会についての下りが聞けるので、成る程と感じました。
