心地よい目覚めをサポートするため定時間に明かりを点けてくれる装置を探していたところ近所の電気店でACT-100を見つけました。
ほかにも類似品はあったのですが、15分間隔でON/OFF制御できたり一度セットすれば毎日同じリズムで使える事に魅力を感じ購入しました。

注意書きに書かれているほどの時間のズレなどは無く良い製品なのですが欠点が一つ。
個体差かもしれませんが、ACT-100側のコンセント受の金具がゆるいのか
差し込んだプラグをそのまま保持できず半挿し状態になってしまいます。

本当は星4つとしたいのですが、プラグが見えてしまっているので1つとさせて頂きました。
