タカラトミーの「もしも!?」シリーズにタバコをやめたい人のための禁煙サポートツールが登場。冒頭の禁煙クリニックで自身の問診表を作成したら、目指すは30日後の卒煙。本作には、「吸いたい気持ち」を解消するためのミニゲームが随所に設けられており、さらに禁煙達成を褒めてくれるイベントも発生する。イベントは、開始から最短で1時間後に発生し、その後も1日、3日、5日という節目で発生するので達成感が得られる。ほかにも、禁煙までに費やしたタバコ代や60歳になるまでかかるタバコ代を一発ではじき出す「禁煙計算機」、喫煙被害をしっかり学べる「図書館」など、ためになるオマケ要素も満載となっている。

一週間まえにソフト購入と同時に禁煙を開始しました。
最初はこんな物でタバコが止められるか半信半疑でしたが、意外と役に立っています。禁煙を一度でも失敗したことのある人は分かると思いますが、禁煙って結構孤独との戦いですよね。ニコチン切れによるイライラ感とか不安感などは第三者には分かりませんし、とにかく不快な日々が続くと段々と禁煙していること自体がバカらしくなり、いつの間にかまたタバコに手が...　という経験をした人、多いんじゃないでしょうかw
このソフトは、そのような禁煙者の孤独感を解放させることに重点が置かれているように思います。
街に生活しているキャラ達は全員プレイヤーと同じ禁煙挑戦者で、禁煙日が一日、三日、一週間と続くごとに、心や体に起こっている変化を喋るのですが、それはプレイヤーに起こっている変化とも通じる分けで、戦っているのは自分だけじゃないと実感することができます。
またDSの蓋を開け閉めすることで、その日に何回タバコを吸いたくなったのか回数がカウントされるのですが禁煙が続くにつれてカウント数があきらかに減っていき、これもやる気につながって行きます。
つまりサポート役に徳化したツールという感じですね

　ソフト購入と同時に禁煙を始めました。現在６日目ですが、禁煙は続いています。ゲームとしてではなく完全に禁煙補助ソフトです。その割にソフトの中に出てくるキャラクターが同じ事しか言わないので飽きるし、データ量も少ない気がします。
　１ヶ月でゴールするソフトなので今後何か変化が現れるかもしれないのですが、現時点の評価では、このソフトの内容でこの値段は高いと思います。（わざと高く設定して、逆に禁煙させるという戦略？）
