マンガやアニメなどで人気のビジュアルノベル『ひぐらしのなく頃に』。その生みの親である竜騎士07氏率いるサークル「07th Expansion」と、同人ゲーム製作サークル「黄昏フロンティア」の合同企画によって誕生した同人ソフトがPSPに登場。本作は、お馴染みのキャラクターたちが2対2のタッグ戦を繰り広げるフル3D対戦アクションで、シナリオを竜騎士07氏が担当、声優陣もアニメやゲームと同じ顔ぶれとなっている。ゲームモードは、1人用の「ストーリー」、好きなキャラクターを選んで対戦できる「対戦」、アドホックモードで最大4人まで参加できる「通信対戦」などを搭載。グラフィックの一新や新規ストーリーの追加など、PSP版ならではの要素も満載となっている。

同人ゲーム最高峰の作品として名高い「ひぐらしデイブレイク」。
それが初めて家庭用ゲーム機へと移植されることになった訳ですが
技術力皆無のメーカーが移植を担当してしまったが故に、
見るも無残な内容になってしまいました。

DSかと思うような粗いグラフィックや
頻繁に発生する上に時間が長くてストレスの溜まるロード。
そして操作性や当り判定など、アクションの根幹部分の劣化・・・
元の作品が非常に素晴らしかっただけに、
これだけ悲惨な移植が行われたことが無念でなりません。

ネームバリューだけで購入を考えている方はもう一度冷静になってよく考えて下さい。
あなたはお金を溝に捨てたいと思いますか？

PC版と比べなくとも、悪い所が目立ちます。(特にキャラ選択時に入る雑音)
値段も高いし。
ですが、ここはあえて良い所を挙げます。

・OPが良い。
OPは使い回しの曲ではないです。彩音さんです。 OPアニメに関しては好みの絵柄です。可愛らしいです。サビ(?)での動きは思わず笑ってしまいましたが。

・フルボイスであること。
立ち絵やムービーがアニメでないことには落胆しましたが、フルボイスは嬉しいです。

・祭の曲がBGMに
ひぐらし祭のOPやらEDやらがBGMとして聴けます。 全キャラでストーリーをクリアすれば可能。

こんな所でしょうか。 多分、参考にならないと思いますが・・・。
OPだけで★★★★☆
ゲーム内容で-1
よって★★★☆☆です。

ちなみに私は2週間ほどで売ってしまいました。
・・・2500円くらいでした。

他に比較対象となるゲームがない程の糞っぷり。星一つでも多すぎるくらい酷い。

糞ポイントは散々書かれてるので略しますが、PC持ってる人は素直に「とらのあな」にでも行ってPC版を買いましょう。

PC版ひデブ改とPC用ゲームコントローラ二つ合わせても、PSP版より安く手に入ります。
