圧倒的データ量で世界各国のリーグや代表チームのみならず、クラブ、スタジアム、選手、ボール、シューズに至るまですべてをリアルに再現したFIFA公認サッカーゲームシリーズ。今回は、解説に日本代表監督の岡田武史氏、実況にサッカー中継でおなじみの西岡明彦氏を起用。Wiiリモコンを使ってポインタで方向を指示し、リアルタイムに動く選手たちをフィールド全体から見渡して操作する。直感的な操作でサッカーゲーム初心者でも簡単にプレイできる。また、自分の分身であるMiiを使って試合ができる、8対8の「ミニサッカーモード」も搭載。"ロナウジーニョ"や"ルーニー"、"リベリー"など有名選手の Miiも登場する。

XBOX版の08は楽しくプレー出来てたのであえてWii版を今回試してみました。

操作性は正直Wiiの特性を生かしてるとは言えない感じがします。

あとエディットで選手が作れ無いのも残念です。

Wiiでのサッカーはウイイレでボリュームにガッカリしたけど、FIFA09はマネージャーモードでシーズンをやり込めば楽しくなるかも知れない…と期待してます(笑)

とにかくチーム数が多い！各国主要リーグの２部まであるのには驚きました。ゲーム（試合）は面白いです。ただ、残念な点はオンライン対戦はよく接続がおちることです。
