「ティファール IHミッション フライパン28cm C65106」は、ティファール最高グレードの6層コーティング「プロメタルプロ」で耐久性が16%アップしました。サファイアコートとセラミックベースでコーティング層をサンドイッチした6層構造。ティファール最高グレードの耐久性で、キズや磨耗から長期間・強力に守ります。
*従来の「プロメタル」と比較し16%も耐久性アップ。新たにトップコートが加わり、今まで以上にキズが目立ちにくくなり、美しさを保てます。金属へらも使えます。IH対応の厚い底面。強磁性ステンレスのディスクを貼りあわせた底面で、IHを含むいずれの熱源でも使用出来ます。
本体は軽量で扱いやすく、熱伝導に優れたアルミニウム製。厚く作られた底面が熱による変形を防ぎます。熱をすばやく均一に伝えるので、より料理がおいしく仕上がります。機能性と美しさを兼ね備えた加工。取っ手下面のヒートガードもふっ素樹脂加工することにより簡単に。ヒートガードが目立たないすっきりスマートなデザインは丸みのある形状で握りやすさも抜群。外面もノンスティックコーティング加工でお手入れラクラク。おいしさの決め手・適温が目で見てわかる「お知らせマーク」。食材を入れる絶好のタイミングを逃すことなく調理をスタートできます。

26cmの安価なフライパンを使用していましたが、もう少し大きめの物が欲しくて探していたところ、お値段もそこそこ、デザインも好みのこのフライパンにたどり着きました。とにかくこのフライパンは使い勝手がいいです。油なんてひく必要はないし、使用後の水切れも抜群、重さも適度にあり、チョッとぶつけたくらいではまったく傷つくこともなく重宝してます。早速照り焼きチキンを作ってみたのですが、思いのほか表面がかりっと仕上がり、家族にも好評でした。何よりこのお値段、買って損はないと思います。

まだ使い始めて間もないですが
とてもいい感じです
油なしで料理ができるので　経済的☆
いつまで油ナシで料理できるのか！　
使い続けたいと思います

少し重いのは　重いですが　ずーっと持ち上げるわけではないので
使える重さですよ！
