十代の頃、彼らの音楽に触れ励まされたり鞭打たれたりして…生きる活力を貰っていました。
十年経ち、このアルバムに出会い、今でも、彼らの音楽は真っすぐ心に響いてきました。音楽のスケールは当時よりはるかに広がり、歌詞は等身大の喜怒哀楽が鋭くて心地良くて。継続は力なり…

これは買って損は無いです!どれも神曲ばかりです!『キミスター★』『情熱マイソウル』『焔の如く』『イッツオーライ』は、負けそうになる時に聞くと、本当に励まされます!“こんなところで負けられない”って、奮起させてくれます。


他の曲群は、恋愛ものですが、こちらもかなり良い!『MAGIC of LOVE』はノリがかなり良くて、歌詞が弾けています!『冗談じゃないんだよ』は、まさに青春白書ですね!明るいメロディに、ドラムの軽快リズム!歌詞も、聴いていて何だか“学生っぽいなぁ”と頷ける気が。


本当に、この方々の音楽は最高です。どの曲も、心に直撃してきます。もっと、沢山の人達に聴いて頂きたいです!!それでは、長々と失礼致しました!

何か突き抜けた感じのするアルバム。

surfaceらしさが詰まった一枚です。

彼らの魅力はあまり売れていないこと。つまり、非常に苦労していることだと思います。

その苦労があるから、こんなにも人の心に響く、等身大の歌が書けるんだなぁと。

LiveDVDでは、そんな椎名さんの心がのぞけます。

ただのおちゃらけた人じゃないんですよ。（笑）
