ミステリーUFOが欲しくて近所のおもちゃ屋に行ったところ、店長さんから、QFOを薦められ購入しました。「ミステリーUFOはアマゾンでも評価が悪いから、売る側としてもなんとも言いにくい」と店長は素直におっしゃっていました。結局、仕掛けが気になりミステリーUFOも購入してしまったのですが（苦笑

うちに帰り、まず、ミステリーUFOの箱を開きました。言われてはいても、その仕掛けの酷さに愕然としました。ありなのか？って。Xジャイロの考案者の名前を入れ、それそのものの信頼性と価値、それから価格を吊り上げてき、売れるだけ売ってしまおうと手に取るように分かるその魂胆に、相応の悪意を感じましたよ。ほんとに。

で、次にQFOの箱を開きました。見た瞬間は、おまえもか！と思いましたよ。正直。これも絶対に飛ばないだろうと。が、飛んだんで驚きました。この形で飛べるんだ？って。

比べるものが間違ってるかもしれないけど、健全な驚きはQFOにあります。間違いなく。

ヘリモノが好きで、ハニービーは楽しめたけど、ヘリQの操作性の悪さに辟易した方、これはお試しの価値があるかもです。
操作は上下のみと、初期の玩具ヘリと同様ですが、小径の円を描きながらユラユラ飛ぶ（浮かぶ？）スタイルが、結構飽きさせません。
※あくまで個人的見解ですが・・・
甲高い大きめの音も、うるさいと感じるかUFOっぽいと感じるかは、意見が分かれるところでしょう。

限定版についてくるアダムスキー型UFOは、QFOのケースのようです。
このガワをつけて飛ばすことはできないようです。

補足：ミニミニサイズヘリできちんと操作したい方は、
ミニュームＡＤ　キャリバー１２０　レディーセットが発売されましたので、そちらもお勧めだと思います。
バンク旋回（というよりも、長めの直進）はキツイものがありますが、室内のホバリング練習には最適ではないでしょうか。

発売前から気になっていて、店頭で見かけたので買ってみました。
これの前にヘリQを買ってたのですが、あれは操作のシビアさに辟易する出来で、ホバリングさせるのも難しかったのですが、これは上下出力の調整しかないので、比較的手軽に楽しめると思います。
その分自由には飛ばせないのですが、ふわふわ浮く浮遊感はQFOの名にふさわしいと思います。
ただ、ヘリQに比べると、飛行音が断然うるさいです。
UFOっぽい雰囲気は出てるのですが、アパートとかだと隣から苦情がくるかもしれません。
こんな形のものが飛んで、UFOのように見えるのはすばらしいと思いますが、遊びの幅が狭いので、飽きは早いかもしれません。
あと、素材はともかく色の違いが発泡スチロールに貼られたシール（すぐ剥がれそう）によるものなので、すごく安っぽく見えます。
