まずタイトル&ジャケットgood!!

アルバムの印象としてはアップテンポとスロー系バラード系が効果的に仕組まれてる感じです。
←特にR.Kellyとの《Out Of This Club》や《Happily Never After》、オリジナルでのラスト曲《I'm Done》はかなりの美曲!!
Nicoleのソロ《Baby Love Featuring Will.I.Am》も原曲よりスムーズに仕上がっていて更に良し◎

ボーナストラック以外で気になる点を挙げるとすれば、Snoop客演のM2《Bottle Pop》やM7M10がアルバムの流れを遮ってる感じ。
実際3曲抜かして再生するとスッキリだし…それぞれは悪くはないので単品で聴く程度で十分かな。
とは言え、既にヒットしている1stカットのM1《When I Grow Up》、もう少し捻りが欲しかったMissy客演のシングル候補M3《Whatcha Think About That》、Lil' Kimの《The Jump Off》にも似てるM9《Magic》、Melodyの早口パートが印象的なM12《Elevator》、ちょっとした日本語が気を惹くM15《Whatchamacallit》、ボナトラのM17《Lights. Camera. Action》はショウ映えするだろうし盛り上がること間違いなし!

メンバーが話してたように、シングル級の曲が集まった非常に濃密なアルバムだと思います。
輸入盤←日本盤も発売になるようですが…のDisc2の各メンバーのソロ曲もかなりの出来!!
普段なかなか歌声を聞けないJessica,Kimberly,Ashleyのが特に良し◎

こちらもオススメです。

お風呂場で聴いたり、ドライブ中に聴いたり、通勤中に聴いたり‥etc。
場所やシーンを問わず、テンションを上げてくれたりリラックスさせてくれる曲が沢山つまってます。
