イタリア中部アペニン山脈（トスカーナ地方、エミーリア地方）産、秋の旬の有機栽培栗を砂糖の替わりに有機キャッサバ芋から作られた有機シロップを使用して作られました。しつこくない甘みで風味豊かにに仕上げました。砂糖、ペクチン、香料不使用。シーズンパック。 完熟した有機栽培栗の自然な色と香り、そして、栄養分を損なわないように50~60℃の低温で真空状態で調理し、瓶詰めする直前に、数秒だけ85℃で殺菌しました。糖度約５２度。 パンはもちろん、クラッカーなどのディップ、お菓子作り、料理ソースなど幅広いお料理にご利用いただけます。 有機JAS(ＩＣＥＡ）、EUオーガニック認証
