アーティストについて
2005年4月結成。HAYATO(Piano)、HIRO(Cajon)の二人で構成されるインストゥルメンタルユニット。名前の由来は左から読むとピアノ、右から読むとカホンとなる。鍵盤と打楽器だけという非常にシンプルな構成ながらも、独学で培った重厚なサウンドは非常にエネルギッシュかつシャープでありながらオリエンタルな匂い、「和」のテイストが散りばめられている。
『ハイブリッド・インストゥルメンタル』とも言えるべき、新たな音楽がここに誕生。
ジャズでもクラシックでもない、いままで聴いたことのないジャンルのサウンド。それが→Pia-no-jaC←(ピアノジャック)である。
オンリーワンであり、オリジナリティー溢れる彼らのサウンドは歌詞がない事を武器とした言葉を超えたイメージ、パフォーマンス、空気感は他とは圧倒的に一線を画している。
