「Who」は、2006年に発表された、シンガーソングライター小谷美紗子の曲。
テレビ朝日系ドラマ『ゴンゾウ〜伝説の刑事』主題歌決定に伴い、再録音されたそうです。
静かな、しかしリズミカルなイントロに、澄んだ声、シンプルな曲が、非常にドラマチックな刑事ドラマのエンディングにぴったりです。
（『ゴンゾウ』は今シーズンのドラマで最もおすすめ！）

C/W(カップリング)の「How」は1年ぶりの新曲。個性的なメロディが特長で、聴きどころです。
3トラック目「Who (Piano Duo)」は、ピアノデュオで歌は入っていません。

ジャケットの「動物の騙し絵イラスト」もユニーク。

2008年テレビ朝日系で放送されたドラマ「ゴンゾウ〜伝説の刑事〜」の主題歌です。ドラマは緻密な人間ドラマを毎回描き久しぶりに見応えのある作品でした。

「ヴァイオリニスト殺人事件」で本庁時代の部下、出世した佐久間に尻を叩かれ表舞台に引き戻される黒木。凍てつく冬の中で様々な人間模様に接する黒木。ロダンと塩むすびをかじり、被害者天野もなみの人となり、両親の心象や、負傷した寺田老刑事の告白。拳銃を直してしまった津田老人の孤独。潜入捜査を仕掛けた岡林から黒木に向けられた銃口。黒木の眼映る杏子の姿。

人間模様の様々を描き、真実へと黒木は歩み出す。刑事として人間として、真実に寄り添う深い淵を
物語は丹念に追いかける。黒木は真実へと辿り着くことが出きるのか？

ぜひ、たくさんの皆さんにご覧頂きたい人間ドラマです。毎回流れる主題歌「Ｗｈｏ-08-」が、一歩一歩進む歩みの 音色に聞こえてきます。

2006年にリリースされた「Ｗｈｏ」を新たにリメイクしドラマの主題歌にしたというが、ドラマと同じくらいこの曲に惚れ込んでしまった。毎度すばらしいドラマに出会うたびに思うことだが、いい作品に共通していることは俳優、脚本、演出、楽曲がそれぞれハーモニーを醸し出していること。
