　ゴンゾウ：実力があるのに働かない刑事のこと。内野 聖陽（うちの まさあき）が刑事に挑んだ話題作のサウンドトラックだ。音楽は池 頼広（いけ よしひろ）。放映がテレビ朝日で、刑事モノと来れば、当然「相棒」を想起させる布陣である。

　結論から言うと、良い意味で共通の世界観がある。会話を邪魔しない、控え目な旋律ながら、ある意味キャッチー。黒鍵を多用しながらも、普通の人の耳にも覚えやすいのだ。空間を演出する巧みさは、既に「相棒」でも証明済み。特に、ホイッスルが軽快なメイン・タイトルは見事で、「新感覚の刑事ドラマ」という触れ込み通り、初めて聴くタイプの曲だ。

一応、「係長」でありながら、仕事は女子事務員に任せきりで、自分はゲームに興じるダメ警官。
♪「運動性に頼りすぎたか」「やはり闘将ダイモスと、ボルテスVにフォロウさせるべきだったんだ！」「HAHAHA〜！」
と絶叫する：内野さんの演技が軽妙で、薄暗い備品倉庫がやけに楽しそうだ。しかし、過去の事件で心に深い傷を負い、必死に自分を守ろうとしているのも、また彼の肖像。

　そんな「ゴンゾウ」を描いたメイン・タイトル「ゴンゾウ・サンバ」は、楽しい中にも影があり、今後の展開を期待させる逸品。0分43秒の、この曲が気に入って購入。ただ、本音としては、ロング・ヴァージョンも作って欲しかったナ、とは思う。また、レーベルが異なるエンディング・テーマ：小谷美紗子「Who-08-」は収録されず、ピアノ・インストのみ。

　「人間の証明」は、別ヴァージョンを作って、by the courtesy of で河口恭吾のヴォーカル入りを実現しており、「アルバムとして売る」演出を、もう一歩施しても良かったのではないか？と思う。そんなワケで点数はこのように。
