何かケースがないかなと、家電量販店へ行ったとき、
こちらの商品しかなかったのでこれをとりあえずといった感じで買いましたが、
やはり、レイ・アウト社製は作りが甘い気がします。

ケースを閉じるときにつかうマジックテープですが、
現在使って約１０日間たって、すでにテープが止まりません。

携帯であるiPhoneですから1日に何度か開け閉めすると思います。
それを見越してある程度強度が必要ではないでしょうか。

私はあまりオススメできません。

ポケットに入れたりすることを考えて、タッチパネル部分を覆い隠せるタイプのカバーを探しておりました。家電量販店にて、こちらを購入致しました。iPhone3G用と書いてありますが、なんかサイズがあっていないような気がします。ギチギチになってカバーの側面が歪みます。
また、ベルトやカバンにつけられるように背面にベルトが設置されていますが、はっきりいって使えません。ベルトに直接セットしてる状態で電話がかかってきたら、カバーから本体を出さないとならないし（イヤホン使用時を除く）不便です。
金具でセットするタイプのほうが使い勝手がよい気がします。
とはいえ、見た目、触り心地は悪くありません。しばらくこれでしのぎます。

Touchでレイアウト社のケースを使っていたので３G用にもと思いオレンジ黒のこれを選んだのですがマジックテープ側角が露出していて気に入りません。Touchはケースごと落としてしまい角がざっくり削れてしまいショックでしたが今回の３Gもそうならないためにも角をガードする物にかえようと思います。
