いやぁ〜、このライブしかっり撮影されていたんですね。
「性的ヒーリング」の３枚目で見て以来、ずっと気になってました。

とにかくこのころの林檎さんを見てるとゾクゾクします。
あのオーディエンスに対する挑戦的な目、そして際立った立ち居振る舞い．．．。
まさに「鬼気迫る」ものがあります。

（たまに、なんとも形容しがたい変な動きをします。
なんとなくレディオヘッドのトム・ヨークを彷彿させます。
そういやぁ、林檎さんの敬愛するアーティストの一人でしたね、トムは。）

とにもかくにもこのDVD、オタカラ映像と言っても過言ではないでしょう。

「稀」ということに焦点を当てたこの公演。
あまり披露されることの無かった楽曲を中心に構成されていますが
アレンジが極めて絶妙です。こっちがオリジナルでも良かったぐらい。
まだ青さの残る椎名林檎ですが、下克上までの自分と決別する
非常に凝った演出も見物です。

8年の歳月を経て、アダルトへの成長過程に居る椎名林檎が
鮮やかに・生々しく蘇りました。

これ良かったですよ。
８年前の映像なんですが、あの頃の椎名林檎が一番脂も乗っていましたし、何より、生歌一発勝負の強かった時期の貴重な映像ですから。
正直、買う前の期待感と、買った後の幸福感がこれ程違うＤＶＤも珍しいなと思います。
発売前のレビューを読み、「あ、いつもの感じなん？今回のＤＶＤも。ライブ行けなかったし、ま、ＤＶＤでも見ておこう」程度だったんですが、久々に釘付けって言葉が似合う程、見入っちゃいました。
このＤＶＤのままＣＤに出来ればな〜といつも思っています。
