まず１曲目出だしのキーボードソロが旧盤より約１０秒短いです。旧盤ではリッチーのギターが１分２５秒から聞こえますが、このリマスター盤では１分１５秒から聞こえます。また、このイントロのキーボードソロ全体がリマスター盤では音量がやや抑え気味です。４曲目は出だしのギターが旧盤よりトレブリーです。また、１２秒のところで右チャンネルにリッチーのスイッチング奏法の音が聞こえます（旧盤ではカットされていた）。５曲目ですが、旧盤ではややトレブリーだったド頭のコージーのドラムが、リマスター盤では低音がしっかりして迫力ある音になってます。また、１分４０秒あたりのシンバルは旧盤だとノーマル音でしたが、リマスター盤はフェイザー処理した音です。また、センターの位置に旧盤では殆ど聞こえなかったキーボード（エレクトリックシタール風？）がハッキリ聞こえます（例えば１３秒〜４５秒あたり）。他にも色々あると思いますが、とりあえずこのくらいで。

親父が持っるＣＤ漁ってて、ジャケットの絵が
面白かったので、聞いてみた、、、。
１曲目からポカーンと口を開けたまま
全身総毛立ち鳥肌ビンビン
最後までイッキに聴いてしまった。
聴き終わった後放心状態に。
他のRainbowの作品もあったが
これが一番！

７６年発表のレインボーの２ndアルバム。CD化に伴いトンデモナイ、リミックスをされアナログから聞いていたファンはあまりの酷さに、大激怒していたが、今回タイトル通りアナログの音に戻り、ホット一安心。

ロニージェイムズディオ、リツチーブラックモア、コージーパウエル、ジミーベイン、トニーカレイ、５人が作り出す大ハードロックワールドは、歴史に残る名盤。レコーディングの仕方も特徴があり、プロデューサーのマーティンバーチの手腕も特筆もの。とにかく聞け！聞いて涙してくれ！Track1,5&は特にお奨めします。
