１９８２年リリース。紙ジャケの資料としては、ＵＫ盤Ｅ式シングルジャケット・レコード盤を模したペラ紙（Ｃｏｐｙ　Ｎｏ付、私のは００７６）が封入されています・・・あんまり紙ジャケの必要はないアルバムと思いますが、聴いてみたかった１枚でリイシューには感謝してます。ピーターフランプトンには思い入れはないのですが、前作「ブレイキングオールザルール」が好きなので、このアルバムは是非聴いてみたかったんですね・・・実はアナログ時出ていた事さえ知らなかったという（笑）。帯タタキには「ニューウェイヴ色を滲ませたモダンなサウンドに挑んだ意欲作」なんて事が書いてますが、実際には小気味良いストレートなロックアルバムです・・・バンド然とした楽曲が並び、「この１曲！」てのはないのですが私的には想像以上に良い印象でした。バックメンバーは、ジョンリーガン（Ｂ）・ハリースティンソン（Ｄｒ）・マークゴールデンバーグ（Ｋｅｙ／Ｇ）・・・楽曲のすべてがピーターとマークの共作なので、「売れ線志向」への外部的意図があったのかも知れません（前作にあったストイックな面があんまりないからなあ・・・）。世界初ＣＤ化ということで、同レーベルのハミングバードみたいに入手困難になる可能性もあるので、見かけるうちに手元に置いておきましょう・・・いまだに、「カムズアライヴ」を聴いた事がないんだよなあ（笑）。追記：１９８７年のデヴィッドボウイのツアーに、ピーターフランプトンが参加している事を知った時、そりゃビックリでした！！
