3.0 out of 5 stars ドスゴドスにも組めます, 2009/1/30
キットにはゼンマイ以外のドスゴドス用のパーツも入ってますので、モーター駆動のドスゴドス（ＴＳバージョン）に組み立てることができます。電動モーターユニットはバリゲーターＴＳと同様のものです。また、説明書が解りにくいというか、読みにくいです。
アクションはモーターのおかげで、キビキビ動くのですが・・・トルクがあり過ぎるのか、完成後の重量バランスが悪いのか、足を速く動かしすぎて危なっかしい動きで笑えます。
見た目は、頭部・武装・成型色が違うことで強化型ということを表現していて、自分としてはドスゴドスより好きなデザインです。
評価は可もなく不可もなくといった感じなので３点にしました。評価と関係ないですが、ゼンマイ（ドスゴドス）とモーター（本キット）の動きみると、ゼンマイの弱々しい動きも味があります。

濃紺がメインカラーとなり、武装が強化された外見はドスゴドスよりも力強さを感じさせます。注目のTSユニット（モーター動力）はトルク十分で、ドスゴドスより重たくなった体でもグイグイ動かしていきます。ただ、マグネーザー（背中のドリル）のせいで重心が高いため、少々危なっかしい歩き方をします。説明書には連続稼働時間は5分位とありますが、途中で休止時間を作ってやれば、合計の稼働時間は伸びると思います。
コックピットは要改修です。新型コックピットのハッチですが、鼻先に当たる部位に大きな凹みがあります。なおかつハッチの閉まりが浅いため、ハッチと座席の間に5mm位の隙間が開いてしまいます。素組みの状態では、隙間からパイロット人形の足がはみ出てしまうので、これは設計ミスだろうと思います。自分は以下の様に改修しました。
1．ハッチ凹み部分に合わせた型紙を作る。2.Eランナーの「TOMY MADE IN CHINA」と刻印されている部位に、型紙を両面テープで貼り付ける。3.型紙と同じ大きさにランナーを切り出す。4.切り出した部位を、ヤスリがけで微調整する。5.ハッチ凹み部分にはめこみ、接着する。
ドスゴドスの評価を★3つにしたので、それを基準にすると値段-1、カッコよさ+1、動力+1、コックピットの不備-1のため、本製品の評価も★3つとなります。自分は改修作業も幾分楽しみながらやりましたが、作業を面倒に感じる人はもっと評価が落ちると思います。
