2008年GANGA ZUMBA/「日本ブラジル交流年100周年」プロジェクトを総括したアルバム。
4月シングル「シェゴウ・アレグリア!~歓喜のサンバ~」、そして6月シングル「足跡のない道/きみはみらい」という2枚のタイアップつきシングルリリース、
さらには「日本ブラジル交流年100年記念事業」の日本代表アーティストとしての様々なメディア露出、7月末より予定される「日本ブラジル交流年ブラジルライブ」
5都市5公演(レシフェ、クリチバ、サントス、サンパウロ、リオデジャネイロ)におけるテレビ露出(ニュースZEROが同行し、交流年100周年の特番を予定)など、

アーティストについて

THE BOOMの宮沢和史をボーカルに、高野寛、マルコス・スザーノなど、国籍も言語も音楽的バックグラウンドも異なる個性派ミュージシャンたち10人によるバンド。
海外でも積極的に活動を行ない、2005年はヨーロッパ、中南米10カ国をツアー。さまざまな要素がミクスチャーされたオリジナルの音楽、グルーヴは各国で高い評価を得ている。

イントロを聞けばあのアーティストの曲だなってわかる…
っていうようなことは絶対ありません。
一つのアーティストの曲が収められているのに、
イイ意味で統一感がありません。
そのぐらい、このアルバムはバラエティに富んでいます。

名曲「風になりたい」を想像させるような
サンバティストの「ジェゴウ・アレグリア」から始まり、
スカあり、クラウディアの歌うPOPな曲あり、
そして、落ち着いた気持ちと透明感のあるサウンドが心地よい、
「きみはみらい」（くもんのＣＭ曲）で終わる今作品。
１枚通して聞けば世界中を旅したような感覚になるほど、
いろんなテイストにあふれています。

ゼヒ、聞いてみてください。
車の中で聞くと、ちょっと遠くまで行きたくなるかもしれません＾＾
