いい意味で写真通りです。お顔はもちろんどこを見てもレイそのもの。流石のアルタークオリティです。
髪は二重構造で毛先までシャープです。
プラグスーツのパール塗装、所々に吹かれた丁寧な陰影、控えめな光沢感が質感を表現しています。
このフィギュアの見所と言えば綺麗な形のお尻から長い足だと思いますがお腹の造りこみも半端じゃないです。レイの華奢な体に張り付いたプラグスーツが色っぽく、くびれや体を曲げた時に出来るお腹の起伏が妙にリアルです。
台座への接地面も平らではなくしっかりと作られています。台座は自分の顔が映りこむくらいピカピカで左下にヱヴァ序タイトルとテーマが赤い文字で印刷されています。難点は指紋、埃が目立つ所です。
また他の方も指摘していますがインターフェイスの位置が通常の位置と違って前髪の流れに沿う様につけられているので見れば見るほどしっくり来ません。
寝そべりという派手ではないポーズで"レイらしさ"を抜群に引き出したとてもいいフィギュアだと思います。

さすがにアルター社だけあって完成度高いです。 見本の写真と違うのは、台座ぐらいですかね。実物は黒い板です。

　いや、普通はサンプル見ただけですぐに「欲しい！」と思うフィギュアってそう無いですけど、これは一目見て欲しいと思って予約しました。
　なんと言っても、レイの表情が非常に良く出来てます。どこか優しさと彼女の抱える孤独が入り交じっている感じが出ていて惹かれました。
　ファンなら必ず買いたい一品ではないでしょうか。
