発売前だが、今日ＴＶで「もっと遠くへ」を聴くことができた。
相変わらず唸りたくなるような真っ直ぐな歌詞が素直に胸に響く。
某テレビ局の北京オリンピックのテーマソングとのことだが、恋愛に仕事に、生きることにゆきづまっている人に向けた、力強いメッセージともとることができる。
この曲を作った藤巻さんには、“誰かに何かの影響を与えよう”なんていう意図はないんだろうな。
ライヴでも話してくれたけど、“自分たちの思いよ、みんなに届け”ってそんな素直な気持ちで音楽を発信してるって感じる。この曲は素直にそう感じさせてくれた。
何度も何度も聴くたびにまた違った味わいがあって、それでいて初めて聴いたときの血がわくような感動も失わない歌。
この歌のおかげでまた少し勇気をもって生きていかれそう。
ストリングスがどうの、３ピースバンドの頃の力強さがどうのってレビューをよく見るけど、いまありのままのレミオロメンが聴かせてくれる曲があればいいんじゃないのかな？
それが嫌なら自然と離れていくものでしょう？
私はいつでも今のレミオロメンが好きだ。
そしてこれからも大いに期待している。

言葉にできない感動で胸がいっぱいになりました。
彼らにしか出来ないカタチで誰の胸にも届く力強く優しい歌声には心から泣けます。飛び出す希望、そして迷いや逡巡の向こうに見え隠れする涙と強さに励まされる秀曲。私のように明日への道無き道を歩きだす勇気を得る人は多いでしょう。もっと遠くへ!!レミオロメン最高!

オリンピックテーマ曲に相応しい歌詞と暖かく包み込むようなメロディが見事にマッチしている素晴らしい曲です。藤巻さんの想いが込められた力強いボーカル、北京で頑張るアスリートはもちろん、日常生活でさまざまな迷いや悩みにもがく私たちにも温かいエールとして受け止めました。困難に直面したときやストレス・プレッシャ−に押しつぶされそうになったらこの唄を何度も何度も聴くことでしょう。そしてこの曲の歌詞を一つ一つ思い出して、もがきながらも次の一歩を踏み出そうとすることでしょう。一つの楽曲でこんなにも勇気づけられるなんてこと今までにはありませんでした。改めて思います、レミオロメンは最高だ！
