私は赤塚漫画をリアルタイムで読んでいた世代ではないが、
このＣＤは冒頭から最後まで楽しく聴くことができた。

つまりは「赤塚不二夫そのもの」を、
それぞれの演者が音楽表現した結果が今作なのだと思う。
歌唱の上手下手や演奏スタイルは考えてはいけない。

いま一度「天才バカボン」を一通り読みなおすといい。
赤塚不二夫自身が追い求めたであろう「非常識の軌跡」。
あれを音楽表現しようとは、甚だ天晴なバカさではないか。

真面目が取り柄の人が買うことには、賛成の反対なのだ。
バカ田大学の優等生だけが楽しめるのだ。これでいいのだ。

この手のアルバムは好みの曲が３~４曲あればいい方。
そういう意味では十二分に元が取れた。
意外に遅効性の曲が多い。
だが重要なのはブックレットのタモリ氏が赤塚氏との日々を語ったインタビューだ。
これだけで定価の価値があると断言する。

「赤塚先生の作品が好き」って人は買わない方がイイと思います。
参加してるアーティストが好きな人は、買った方が良いと思います。
特に、いろんなアーティストが入ってるので、アルバムとしての一貫性が欠けていて、通して聞くと、とても聞き難いと思います。
帯で娘さんがいってらっしゃる通り、各自の解釈があって出来たトリビュートだと思うので、志しとしては、良いと思います。
ただ、音楽CDとしての完成度はとても低いと思います。
ウチも購入して、半分が駄目だったので、ちょっとガッカリです。
ただ、最後の二曲は物凄くイイです。
それだけが救いな気がします。
