アーティストについて

大阪府出身。1990年デビュー、1991年「どんなときも。」がミリオンセラーを記録し、以降、今日に至るまで数々の名曲を創出。
楽曲提供も多く手掛け、中でも「世界に一つだけの花」は後世まで残る名曲として多くの人の支持を得ている。
2004年には、アルバム総売上枚数が1,000万枚を突破し、2006年に男性ソロアーティスト・アルバム総売上枚数歴代 1位を記録している。(オリコン調べ)
2007年にエイベックス移籍。第1弾シングル「GREEN DAYS」や、アルバム「悲しみなんて何の役にも立たないと思っていた。」、
シングル「赤いマフラー/お元気で!」をリリースし、16年ぶりにNHK紅白歌合戦に出場。
2008年に入り、シングル「Firefly~僕は生きていく」、ライブDVD「Noriyuki Makihara in concert “LIVE IN DOWNTOWN”」をリリース。
今作「WE LOVE YOU.」はシングル通算39作目となる。

なんか前奏からマッキーらしさが全開で、ちょっと鳥肌立ちました。特に印象的なのは2曲目「OrangeColoredSky」でしょうか。フレーズ一つ一つをかなり力強く歌ってる印象です。聞いててかなり気持ち良かった。通して印象的な一枚ですね。

新曲待ってました!
いつものように槇原さんらしさがでてますよね。
優しさと愛しさが歌詞に含まれていて、聞いているとなんだかホッとしてしまいます。
温かい曲ですね。

収録された2曲とも、すごくマッキーらしく感性豊かで温かいものを感じます。言えそうで、なかなか言えない温かい言葉を歌にしている。
特に引かれたのは2曲目で、これを歌うマッキーの歌声は、いつもと違うくらいに熱くて力強いです。なんか、心の底から叫んでる感じ…きっとマッキーは、本当はここまでに正直に生きたいのに、それが出来ない「根性なし」な自分を痛感してるんじゃないか…私はそう感じました。
私にとっては、ひさびさに鳥肌が立つようなマッキーの歌です。
