般若の四枚目のアルバム。二年半ぶりのリリース。待ちに待った一枚だ。自ら昭和レコードを立ち上げ、本能むき出しのラップスタイルを発揮する体制も作れた。全13曲。捨て曲なし。そしてついに兄貴、長渕剛プロデュースの「チャレンジャー」も収録。視聴したが、やばい感じになっている。皆知ってると思うが本当のラッパーがここにいる。英語じゃない。格好じゃない。猿？カス？聴けばわかる。

般若のリリックやラッパーとしてのキャラは最高に好きです。
が、どのトラックもそれを半減、それ以下にしてしまう。
というか、まったく聞く気になれないのは私だけでしょうか？
般若はもっとトラック選びを考えるべきだと思う・・・
それとも、もうHIPHOPにとってトラックは重要視される
ところでは無くなってしまったのかな。

でも、みんな★５だからもう一回聞いてみます。

改めてこのアルバムを聞いて感じました。
今回のアルバムは以前から見え隠れしていた
周りへの心の揺れが多く溢れています。
「一秒後、どんな未来 そこに俺は居ない」

「夢の痕」でみせた自分の信じる未来に繋げるための戒めも
ほんとにどうでもいいような何かに対しての一言が
2度その場所には戻って来れなくしてしまう。
でもむしろそれを言った上で勝ち上がらなきゃいけない。

一人の心の中では既にたった一つの１番になっていましたが
UMB2008で誰もが認める人間になったはずです。

たとえ身勝手な感情移入をしているだけなのだとしても
僕は般若が大好きだ。
