▲Hora氏作曲…２　４　１０　１１

この四曲のうち、２と１１は特に印象に残りました。
まさに期待を裏切らない曲と言えるでしょう。
明るめの曲と暗めの曲が半々となっていますが、
一度聞くだけで耳に残るメロディは流石としか言いようがありません。


▲KALM氏作曲…３　５　６　１２

シングルカット曲である５と６は、期待しすぎた分だけ拍子抜けした感はありましたが、
３と１２は聞き込むことによって味が出る曲のように思います。
四曲全てに共通する独特の雰囲気は、十分に世界観を創っています。


▲Kei Suzuki氏作曲…７　８

７はテンポが早めの“デカダンス”調の曲で、Hora氏の曲とはまた違った香りがします。
バラード調の８は、Kaya氏の歌声と、
悲壮感が漂うメロディが相まって、涙を誘います。


▲HIZAKI氏作曲…１

シングルカット曲です。
後半から加速するテンポも然ることながら、
王道のメロディも安心して聴くことが出来ます。


▲蓑島マサヨシ氏作曲…９

ミニアルバム「百鬼夜行」から「火車」が改題されたようです。
「和耽美」をテーマとした作品の内の一曲ですが、
おどろおどろしい雰囲気はありません。


△総評
インディーズ期に発売された「GLITTER」収録曲の内、
「Kaleidscope」以外の２　３　５　６　８　１０　１１　１２を余すこと無く収録し、
さらに、１　４　７　９を加えた今作品は、
文句の付けようも無いくらい素晴らしいと言えるでしょう。
常にクオリティの高い作品を提供し続けてきたKaya氏のこれからに、
否応無く期待が高まる作品となりました。

インディーズ盤のほうが私は好きですね。
名曲『Kaleidscope』も入ってないし。

インディーズ盤のアレンジに新曲を加えたアルバムです。
「Funerary dream」は少数生産された別アルバムに入っていますし、
純粋な意味での新曲は「epicurean」のみになります。
アレンジはそんなに目立った変更はありません。
もし新曲がなければ買わなかったと思います。
それと、一つ気になったのですが、インディーズ盤に比べて
微妙に音程が外れている部分が何箇所かあります。
聞き比べなければ分からないかもしれませんが。
じっくり聞くにはインディーズ盤、臨場感があるのは今回の方です。
今後の活躍に期待しています。
