ここ最近バイト先の有線で繰り返しかかり気になっていた曲がありました。
必死に都会で生きていく人間をうたったとてもいい曲でした。
しかも最近のその手の曲にありがちな幼稚さや押しつけや暑苦しさは全くなく、
さりげない雰囲気で静かな迫力を持つ本当に素晴らしい曲だと思いました。

ずっと気になっていて探していたその曲名がやっとわかりました。
このアルバムの「Tokyo」という曲でした。
ルックスから来るアイドル的な人気かと思っていましたが、
他の曲も何曲か聴いてみて反省しました。
認識不足でした。

w-inds.は実力もありますね。
しかも彼らをサポートしている人達の仕事も良心的で熱意を感じました。

全体を通して聴いてみて、最初に思ったことが「歌上手くなったなぁ」でした。

何と言っても声の綺麗さには驚きました。

「アメあと」の作曲者がつくる楽曲は慶太の声質を本当に上手く引き出していると思います

是非これからも何曲か提供してくれると嬉しい限りです。

今回は新曲12曲といった異例の形でしたが、新しいスタイルの曲ももちろんあったし、今までの延長線上みたいな曲もあって良かったと思います。

個人的には一番「TOKYO」が気に入りました。
是非たくさんの人に聴いてほしいです。

w-inds.の事を知って３年、過去の作品も含めて、聴いてて飽きる事がありません。
何度聴いても心地の良いサウンドとボーカルの美しさ。
そして今回のアルバムもさらに彼らの成長と完成度を感じさせるに充分です。
特に今回はクリアなサウンドと、繊細なボーカルの歌唱力が、夏にはぴったりの清涼感を漂わせています。
最新シングルの「アメあと」は、バラードでありながら、ダンスナンバーの流れる様なサウンドと艶のあるボーカルが絶品。
そしてリード曲の「ＴＯＫＹＯ」は彼ら自身の思いがあふれた切なさと力強さを合わせ持ったお薦めのナンバーとなっています。
他にも心に響く名曲揃いです。
これは自信を持ってお薦めできる作品です。
