   自宅で簡単に美味しいアイスクリームが作れるアイスクリームメーカー。『くるりんアイスクリン』のおいしさの秘密、本格的な味を再現させるポイントは、蓄冷ポットで冷やしながら混ぜること。冷やしながら材料を混ぜることで空気がまんべんなく伝わり、手動でかき混ぜるので空気が含まれて、柔らかな旨みが生まれる。液体だった材料がみるみるアイスクリームになっていく様子も楽しく、家族で色々なアイスクリームを考えればコミュニケーションにも最適。糖分を調整して、メタボリック気味なお父さんにヘルシーアイスを作ってあげれば、お父さんもビックリなアイスクリームが出来ちゃう。

「アイスクリン」の使用例」
（1回で4~5人前のアイスが作れます）

●バニラアイスの作り方

（1）アイスクリンポットを冷やしておく
学校行く前や寝る前にアイスクリンのポットを冷凍庫に入れて7時間冷やしておく。


（2）材料を用意
牛乳50cc、生クリーム200cc、生卵1個、砂糖大 さじ4杯、バニラエッセンス6 ~7滴を用意する。
＊生クリームは動物性の方がおいしくできあがる。


（3）材料をまぜる
材料をボールに入れ、なじむまで混ぜる。


（4）ポットをアイスクリンにセット
ポットをアイスクリンにセットして、作ったアイスクリームの材料をアイスクリンに流し込む。


（5）回し作業
15分回す。
＊ずっと回し続けなくてもよい。


（6）トロミ
5分くらいでトロミがでてくる。


（7）出来上がり
15分でクリーミーでとっても美味しいアイスの出来上がり。


(8）盛り付け
お皿に盛り付けておいしいバニラアイスクリームの出来上がり！　お好みでチョコをかけたり、クッキーを入れたりとオリジナルの発想で色んなアイスクリームが出来ち ゃう！
＊ジュースを入れてまぜればシャーベットも出来る。

使い方が簡単です。材料を入れてくるくるハンドルを回すだけです。商品が届いてから子供のリクエストで「クッキーアンドクリーム」を何回も作りました。バニラアイスのレシピどおりに材料を入れて、くるくるハンドルをまわす１５分の最後の５分ぐらいに砕いた「オレオ」をポットに入れて一緒にくるくるします。びっくりするくらい簡単に美味しくできました！感動の味でした。全部分解できて洗えるので清潔です。一つ残念なのは最後の固まりかたがちょっとゆるいことです。すごくゆるめのジェラートというかんじです。時間を延長したりしてみましたが変わりませんでした。作業終了後、別の容器に入れ替えて冷凍庫でさらに固めるといいかんじです。

結構できるまで時間がかかって面倒かなと思っていましたが、孫と一緒に交代交代しながらハンドルを回していると、あっという間にとろみがついてきてどんどんクリーム状になっていくのがわかるのでとても楽しく作ることができます。何よりも、一口食べてみればこんなにおいしいアイスクリーム食べたことがないと思うほど、おいしいアイスができるので、何度でも
やってみたくなります。孫も近所の友達もみんな大喜びでした。
