持ち手部分が柔らかい上に，バンドまでついているので，楽に固定できます。
ジョギングでのカロリー消費増加などにも，安全に使用できると思います。
この 1.0kg のもののほかに，軽い 0.5kg や，重い 1.5kg もあります。

普通のダンベルよりも触り心地がソフトでゴムのバンドが握るのをサポートしてくれますし、グリップ部分も握りやすい形に溝が作ってあるので取っても使いやすいです。しまって置くにもコンパクトで特に女性の方にはお勧めしたいです。

フェミニンなルックスに惹かれて、アマゾンで購入。

今月から新しくジャザサイズというフィットネスをはじめたんです。
そのクラスでソフトダンベルを使うのですが、
あっという間に手元に届いたので、明日のレッスンから早速使えます。
すごく感謝デス。

使い心地も、これなら◎ですよ。
グリップに凹凸があるので指にスンナリなじんで握りやすく、
ベルトがついているので踊りながらでも落としにくいです。
価格もお手ごろですよね。
良い買い物ができたと思います。
