SOYJOYの中ではこの味がいちばんクセがなく好きでした。
チョコレートも使用されていて甘さも結構ありますが
いちご、パイナップルなどの酸味もあり甘酸っぱくて美味しかったです。
春らしい味だな〜と思いました。

低GI食品でバリエーション豊富なのでダイエットにもいいかもしれませんが
私の場合特に減量しているわけでもなく
大豆イソフラボンも摂れるしお菓子代わりにしています。
量の割には高く感じますが、独特の食感が好きです。

大豆でてきていてストロベリー味。
カロリーも役１２０Ｃａｌでヘルシーです。
普通のお菓子を食べるよりも、ソイジョイを食べるほうが体にいいような気がするし、
そこそこお腹も満たされるので好きです。
いろいろな味がありますが、ストロベリーが一番食べやすいと思います。
