歌いだしは案外普通だったりするのだが、最終的に「ぽ」だけになるわけで。
「結局言いたいだけやがな」と。
ここまで徹底していると、逆に気持ちいいかも。

それにしても、デビュー曲でオリコン演歌歌謡曲部門初登場１位て……。
記録という点では快挙ではあるけれども、
その快挙の第１号のあの人は、この曲を聴いて……まさか
「今度カヴァーしたろか」
とか思わないだろうな？（笑）

今はとにかく「きょうび何が流行るかわからん時代」、
そんなことを痛感させる１枚。

すごくインパクトがあってそれだけかと思ったら、歌唱力もあり歌詞も切なくていい感じの歌でした。

最後は「ぽーっぽー」とひたすら言ってるだけなんですけど、前半の歌詞を考えるとそれがまたなんだか切ないです。

いいじゃないんですかこういうのも。一発屋かもしれないけど、演歌が若い人たちにウケて、少しでも広まるなら。
でも歌は上手いし、なんか声がオカマっぽくておもしろかったので、また期待したいとおもいます。

話題になっていたので、モノは試しに聴いてみた。
「ぽ」だけで全編歌い上げるのだと勝手に思っていたら、
普通に歌いだしたので軽くびっくり。
「ぽ」の登場は、最後のパートだけで意外に少ない。

単なるイロモノソングとたかを括っていたのですが、
レトロな曲調と昭和の男と女in東京の夜を思わせる歌詞にくわえ、鼠先輩の味のある歌いまわしに、うっとり聞き入ってしまいました(でも、半分はイロモノ歌)。
歌謡曲世代ではない自分ですが、ノスタルジックな気分に浸り、ちあきなおみとか聴いてみたいわねと、どこぞの昭和かぶれ気取りに。

曲が脳みそにこびりついてしまって、1日5回は思い出してしまうのが悩みの種。
