cymbals解散以降もコンスタントに作品を発表してくれて、ファンとしては嬉しい限りです。

更に表現を増した土岐さんの歌声もさることながら、過去の作品にも共通して言える絶妙なアレンジ。今作でも堪能させて頂きました。


特に「サマーヌード」と「小麦色のマーメイド」の巧みなリハーモナイズには感動すら覚えました。土岐さんのソフトな歌声と相まって、唯一無二の極上ポップスに仕上がっております。後者は原曲が凄すぎるというのがありますが、サマーヌードに関しては原曲を越えていると個人的に思いました。まあカバーで優劣を語ることはナンセンスだと思うのでやめておきます笑

川口さんに至ってはもう流石としか言いようがありません。
もちろん全曲捨て曲無しの秀作。


改めて、ボーカリストとしての土岐さんの才能をまざまざと見せつけられました。オススメです。

発売前からタイトルを見て、これは買いだなと思ってましたが(ただ、コメントとか楽曲が試聴出来ない機種なので前作のREMIXIESの出来で判断するしかなかったのですが)…大正解でした、自分の今年のマスト決定です。

突き抜けるような爽快感のある一曲目から始まって全曲ノンストップで聴けちゃいます!! 特に四曲目の往年の洋楽のカバーがオススメです。 何?!そう来たか…って感じでヤラレました。

勿論、他の曲もいい感じに出来上がってます。 難をいえば曲数が少なめな点かな、でも、そんな事などどうでもよくなってしまう一枚になっています。

夏が来る前に、お早めにどうぞ。

有線でかかってた「サマーヌード」を聴いて、即購入。今日届きました。
梅雨でじめじめした空気を一足早く吹き飛ばしてくれます。

Around 40世代にとってはカバーの原曲がツボだし、全部試聴できるので
ぜひ聴いてみてください。

Weekend ShuffleとREMIXも合わせて買いました。
帯に「夏のドライヴィング・ミュージック決定盤」とありますが
コピーに偽りなしです。
