2月27日に、デビュー前から温めてきた名曲「愛をこめて花束を」を発売したSuperfly。早くも2008年2枚目、通算5枚目となるシングル「Hi-Five」の発売が決定!Superflyのシングルの中では一番アッパーなロックチューンで、
志帆のダイナミックなボーカル&バンドサウンドというSuperflyの魅力、個性を十分感じられる1曲に仕上がった。更に4/1から放送されるau「LISMO」のCMソングに決定!
カップリングには、Superfly恒例の洋楽カバーを3曲収録。今回は、昨年6月8日にアップルストア渋谷で行われたアコースティック・ライブの音源で、ローリング・ストーンズの「Honky
Tonk Women」、ジム・クロウチの「Bad,Bad Leroy Brwon」、イーグルスの「Desperado」をセレクト。

彼女の真骨頂を最も堪能できるのは、こういうパワフルな楽曲も一つじゃないでしょうか。
「愛をこめて花束を」の大サビでクラッときた人にはたまらないはず。
それからsuperflyを今まで知らなかった人も、同じアップチューンナンバーのマニフェスト
と比べると、よりキャッチーで明るい曲なので聴きやすいと思います。
superflyはいろんな種類の楽曲で勝負していきますね。本当に振り幅の広いアーティストだと思います。

おっさんの僕からしても、最高にのれる一曲です。
志帆ちゃんの歌声は凄いソウルフルできいてて爽快です。
こーゆう子をまってたんだよ僕は。もうエロカッコイイとか見るだけで
気分を害するもんはさっさと消えてほしいよ。
質の高い曲が売れる音楽業界であってほしいねー。と、話がそれたがオススメです。

「愛を込めて花束を」でファンになった人には是非これを聞いてガツン!ときて欲しいです。といってもCMでバンバン流れてるから知ってる人がほとんどでしょうけど、、
静かな歌から激しい歌まで表現できるのは彼女の表現力があってこそ。以前にライヴにいって虜になった自分ですが、今回の作品を含め、厚みの増したSuperflyのライヴに是非いってみたいです。
越智さん、これからももっともっと表現の幅を広げて深めて、感動やアゲアゲな気持ちを授けて下さい。
