ハイスペックへの強いこだわりのある方以外は、こちらで十分かと思います。
特に年配の方や贈答用なら迷わずこちらでしょう。
以下が理由です。

内蔵メモリーの違い→500枚程度保存できれば十分でしょう。外部メモリーからいつでも移せます。

対応画像→普通にデジカメで取った画像をみるだけならJPEG以外は不要

本体内での画像補正機能→既に使用した人の感想によると結構補正に時間がかかるとの事　
（おそらく最初だけ試して、そのうち使わなくなる機能。普通の方はPCの画像処理ソフトで補正するでしょう）

Bluetooth対応→別売りアダプタを買ってまで携帯等から飛ばしたい方以外不要

HDMI端子→ハイビジョンテレビをお持ちで接続してみたい方以外不要

Sony製として期待した割に画質が微妙。
シャドウ部が強くですぎるのかな、
ＰＣなどで見たイメージよりもちょっと怖い顔になる気がしました。

ただ本当に写真画質にこだわる方はこのようなアイテム自体、
何を買っても無理があると思いますので、
変に上位機種に手を出すよりも、この機種で十分かと思います。

インターフェイス、外観、ともにシンプルで部屋になじみ安いです。
最初は画質に少し期待外れな気もしましたが、スライドショーならばそれで十分でもあり、
慣れてくると部屋に一花そえた感じで、結構満足してます。

それほどの画質でもないこと、
ブラックの光沢仕上げで指紋が目立つこと、
映り込みがあるために置き場所を選ぶこと、
みんな知っていましたが、
見た目に惹かれ買いました。

早速デジカメのJPEGファイルをPCで調整してUSBで接続すると・・・

画像認識しません。

マニュアルをひっくり返すと
さりげなく
「コンピュータで製作・加工した画像は表示できない場合があります」！

お客様相談室に電話しても
キッパリ
「できません！」

少しでも写真をより良く加工したい人にとっては
使えない商品です。
