９６年発表の３ｒｄ。前二作はドイツ録音だったが、本作は英国録音となっており、バックのミュージシャンもカド・ベルからの付き合いのスチュワート・マッキロップを中心とした英国出身者でまとめられているようだ。
今回は選曲の妙が感じられる内容であり、ちょっと異色なバート・バカラックの１．マイク・オールドフィールド時代の名唱の再演２．童謡としても有名な３．とどれも興味深いものばかりである。
国内盤には１．２．６．のラジオ・ミックスが追加収録されていた。おそらく本作の注目は２．に集中するかと思うが、結論から言えば悪くは無い。演奏はマイクのものよりインパクトという点では劣るが、マギーのヴォーカルは原曲のイメージを守りつつ、よりマイルドで美しい印象。この曲に対する思い入れの深さが伝わってくる。個人的にもこの曲はマイクのヴォーカル・ナンバーでは最高のものだと確信しているが、このヴァージョンなら非常に好感が持てる。４．は開放的なギターが印象的な佳曲。１２．はトラッドの独唱。
楽曲の充実度は前作、前々作を凌ぐほどであり、フォーク・ロック的なサウンドに美メロを絡ませるという作風も彼女のイメージ通り。 トラッド色も良い意味で強くなっており本作は彼女の代表作ということになると思う。ただしラジオ・ミックスはいただけない・・・。聞かない方が良いというほどのレベル。
