機体がクリアボディのヘリコプターらしい形状になったので購入しました。
ボディ形状は変わりましたが、コントローラーは同じようです。
飛行安定性は良いですが、メインローターを回すギアの音が少しうるさい気がします。
赤外線式の２チャンネルなので、旋回飛行が主な飛ばし方です。
カタログ上は約３０分充電、約４分飛行。
コントローラーには電池が６本必要で、経済的にマイナス要素。
充電直後は飛行速度が早いため操作しづらいですが、電池が減ってくると速度が落ちるので
操作が容易になります。
機体の特性なのか、右旋回は容易でトリムの調整でも旋回出来ますが、左旋回は機体が
回転しやすく、思うように操縦するのは難しいと感じました。
無理をせず右旋回をしていれば電池切れまで楽しめます。
少しずつ上昇させると安定飛行しますが、下降では揚力と共に推力が落ちるため
操作が難しくなります。
コントローラーのパワーレバーにバネが効いていて、細かい操作をやり辛いのと、
レバー操作と機体反応にタイムラグが発生して瞬時のパワー修正が効かず、下降時に
落下させてしまうことが多い。
衝突や落下の際にテールローターが当たると変形や亀裂が発生しやすい欠点があります。
テールローターが破損すると機体の回転が止まらなくなります。
別売りパーツがありますが、強度が弱すぎて直ぐにダメになるので改善して欲しい部分です。

張りぼてみたいな本体デザインは少々難ありですが、
それを気にしなくなる余りある飛行性能、旋回能力・・・。
ヘリコプターってこういうふうに飛ぶんだぁ〜とフライトさせる
楽しさを感じる玩具です。
