Album Details

Osborne is Todd Osborn, and this is his debut full-length release for the Spectral Sound label. Osborne is a celebration of all that is good in American house and techno music: past, present and future. This Lego-sculpting, electron microscope-owning, Japanese speaking ber-producer puts the joy of life and the art of making into his music. Like a personal sketchbook of Todd's musical history, the album evokes the sensation of an electronic yesteryear, where dance music production was treated with a wide-eyed sense of discovery. The tracks "Ruling," "Outta Sight" and "Afrika" are strutting dance epics, but the album also shows a side of Todd that is geared more for the homefront too.
